Training language is English, unless otherwise agreed upon. For the purpose of administrating your participation in this event we process certain personal data belonging to you. We ask that you give us at least 3 weeks’ notice if you need to cancel your participation in one of our classes. Cancellations made 3 weeks or more in advance of the class starting date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 – 3 weeks will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the training start date will not receive a refund. For on-premise participation in Stockholm the registration deadline is 14 days prior to the training start, to secure hotel confirmation. The registration deadline for online attendance is 1 business day prior to the training start.
RaySearch reserves the right to cancel a training, or convert the format of a training, due to insufficient enrollment. Such a decision will be made at least 2 weeks prior to the training and registered participants will immediately be informed. RaySearch will not cover any losses caused by training cancellations or conversions, in particular but not limited to travel and hotel costs. The online training platform will be Microsoft Teams.
RaySearch encourages all visitors to consider the health and safety of other guests and RaySearch employees when visiting the office. Please avoid coming to the office if you are ill and please follow the latest safety procedures dictated by the Public Health Agency of Sweden.
For courses where the Stockholm classroom IT environment is used remotely from a place other than the RaySearch office, RaySearch is not able to take responsibility nor provide support for any potential user-side related issues. Our recommendation is to use clients with Windows Operating System. We use Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to connect to the training environment. Make sure that out-going RDP over port 3389 or 443 is allowed from your network. If you are unsure, please check with your internal IT department, and reach out to training@raysearchlabs.com should you have any questions.
